Step 1: The Pre-Approval
Your first step when considering a new home purchase is getting pre-approved. This is very important so you are aware of how much you can possibly qualify for when you are viewing properties. We will take a look at your overall financial situation, review the appropriate documents and give you a thumbs up to shop for that new home!

Step 2: The Documents
Expect to provide a few documents for the pre-approval process. The required documents vary depending on your occupation. Some common documents you may need to provide are paystubs, employment letter, bank statement and a credit consent form as well! Download our pre-approval guide to see what documents you would need to gather.

Step 3: The Broker
We would love to answer any questions you may have! Contact us to go over your pre-approval application or send us the completed pre-approval guide and we will contact you!
